A. Admission of Members:

1. Member's dues must be paid in full in order to be admitted.

2. Admission by identification card which is filed upon entering pool area and returned upon leaving.

3. Replacement fee for lost cards is $2.00

4. Card is non-transferable, remains property of the CFSC, and must be returned at end of season.

B. Admission of Guests:

1. Guests must remain with the host member and are subject to all rules and regulations of the Swim Club.

2. Guest and sponsoring member must be signed in at the desk by the gate attendant.

3. Guests may be refused admittance by the management for just cause.

4. Guest fee is $
7.00 per guest per day. Children four and under will be admitted free.

5. Parties are limited to twenty (20) guests. Parties may be scheduled by an adult member with the gate attendant on a first come, first serve basis. Charges for parties apply, check party application or with the gate attendant for details. Guests must be accompanied by an adult member. Regular guest fees will apply if application is not submitted 24 hours in advance. No weekend or holiday parties. Larger parties must be approved in advance by Board of Trustees.

6.  Guests during special events.   During short duration evening events such as teen night, pre-teen night, family night and adult night, guests will be admitted for $3.00.  Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests during these events to ensure members have first access to facilitites.

7. Spectator Guests are welcome at no charge subject to the following conditions;

a. spectator guests may not use the pool, and are subject to all club rules and regulations.
b. management may refuse admission of guests for just cause.

C. Employee Privileges:

1. Employees have personal use of the pool facilities during off-duty hours.

D. Swim Lessons/Swim Team:

1. A schedule for swimming lessons and swim team will be included with the monthly calendar.
2. Swim Team and Swimming lessons will have a seperate fee.

E. General Operation of Carolanne Farm Swim Club Facilities:

1. The pool manager, assistant manager, and/or life guards on duty shall have full authority to enforce all rules and regulations of the Carolanne Farm Swim Club pool and facilities.

2. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person at least 13 years of age.

3. Pets are not allowed on Carolanne Farm Swim Club property.

4. Persons with open sores or discharges from nose or ears are not allowed to enter the pool.

5. Any damage to pool club property caused by members or their guests will be charged to the member.

6. All trash and litter must be placed in trash cans.

7. No food, beverages, ice cream etc. is to be consumed within fifteen feet (15') of the pool edge.

8. All unauthorized persons shall stay clear of lifeguard stand and avoid diverting lifeguards attention.

9. The Carolanne Farm Swim Club assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal belongings.  Check the lost and found for any misplaced items. Please place "found" items in lost and found.

10. Members or employees shall not make unauthorized use of the office, snack bar and storage areas.

11. No glass containers of any type permitted on swim club property.

12. Chairs and Lounges must be carried if it is necessary to move them, they are not to be dragged.

13. The addition and/or deletion of rules may be necessary during the season. Suggestions for changes should be made in writing and placed in the suggestion box at the front desk.

14. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking area only. Smoking elsewhere is prohibited.

15. Offensive language will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave.

F. Operation of Main Pool:

1. Swimming is allowed only when lifeguard(s) are on duty.

2. Adult swim is for those 18 years of age and older. No exceptions. Children are not allowed by the edge of the pool during adult swim. During this time children must stay behind the coping stones.

3. All swimmers must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.

4. All swimmer must wear swimsuits (bonafide). Cutoffs and fringed suits clog the filtration system.

5. Toys are not allowed in pool. Swim aids may be used under supervision only, and at manager's discretion.

6. Absolutely
NO disposable diapers allowed in pool. Use of Disposable diapers are a violation of the city health code and place gel in the water which causes damage to the filtration system. Cloth diapers with rubber pants, or swim diapers must be used. Swim diapers are available at snack bar.

7. Lap Lanes are for lap swimmers only. Stay out of lap lanes unless you are swimming laps.  Lap swimmers should request installation of a lane line for safety.  Pool manager has complete discretion regarding when lane lines can be installed and will apply sound judgement based on pool capacity and number of guests present.

8. Diving board rules;

a. only one person on board at a time.
b. do not dive until previous diver has reached the ladder.
c. diving allowed in forward direction only.
d. no diving from between the boards is allowed.
e. excessive bouncing on board is prohibited.
f. after diving, swim directly to nearest ladder and get out of the water.

9. General Pool Rules; Courtesy & Consideration are the guideline at the pool. If in doubt, don't do it!

a. when in pool, don't eat, drink, spout water, blow nose, spit etc.
b. don't run, trip, wrestle, play ball, or become involved in any horseplay in and around the pool area.
c. don't throw any objects into or out of the pool.
d. don't hang on the ropes or lap lanes.

10. Members are encouraged to report rule infractions and/or discipline problems to pool manager.

11. The management reserves the right to close the pool at any time due to emergencies, weather, etc.

G. Operation of the Wading Pool:

1. Only children six (6) years old or younger allowed. Older children are not allowed in wading pool.

2. Parents must remain with and directly supervise their children and/or child guests in the wading pool.

3. Running and other forms of rough play are prohibited.

4. No food or drinks allowed in the wading pool.

H. Parking Lot:

1. Park bicycles in designated area only. Do not leave bikes by fence. Lock your bike!

2. Park cars in marked areas only. Please respect Handicapped and Fire Zones.

3. No skateboards, skates, or rollerblades may be used on club property at any time.

I. Alcoholic Beverages:

1. No alcoholic beverages permitted on Club Premises.

2. Anyone showing signs of intoxication will be refused admittance and be required to leave club property.
